Prior to founding Bell Recruitment, Julie spent over a decade working within the FMCG sector, representing major global brands including Pepsi, 7UP, Ballygowan water and Budweiser. Her hands-on experience across promotional activity, merchandising, sales, and key account management gave her a detailed understanding of the challenges faced by FMCG businesses — and highlighted a gap in the market for a recruitment partner with genuine industry insight.
